"A Small House by the Sea"

Built many years ago, this small beach house was restyled by decorator Sandra Froelich, NSID, to provide for delightful year-round living by the sea. A wide view deck, decorated in blue and green, looks out on a dramatic sweep of shoreline and water. There is a second outdoor living area on the street side of the house which gains color from brilliant bougainvillea and flowering shrubs, a pink wall and brick paving. The house has a living room decorated in amber and smoke gray, a bedroom overlooking the street-side patio, a modern kitchen and a bath.
